Pure Nickel Wire Mesh
Pure nickel wire mesh is a filter mesh woven from pure nickel wire. Nickel mesh has good properties in corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, conductivity, shielding, etc.
Material: Nickel wire mesh material is mainly N4(Ni201) and N6(Ni200) wire.
The nickel content of N6 material is above 99.5%. N6 Nickel wire mesh is the most widely used nickel wire mesh.
Weave types of nickel wire mesh: Plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave.
Mesh count: 2 – 800 mesh
Application: Nickel wire mesh screen is mainly used for battery electrodes, current collecting nets, radiation shielding, filtration of special gases and liquids, etc.

Nickel wire mesh material
Pure nickel wire is a high-purity metal wire, and its alkaline corrosion resistance is second only to silver among metal materials.
In industry, common pure nickel wire grades include N4, N6, etc., and their main differences lie in purity and characteristics.
N4 (Ni201) Ni% = 99.9%, C% = 0.01% Max
N6 (Ni200) Ni% = 99.5%-99.6%, C% = 0.10% Max
- N4 nickel wire has good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and high heat resistance, and is suitable for making vacuum devices, electronic instrument components, and chemical production strong alkali filters.
- N6 nickel wire is also resistant to strong alkalis, and neutral and weak acids, and has stable performance in the atmosphere, freshwater, and seawater.
