What is the working principle of the knitted wire mesh?

In an expanded container, after the flow rate drops, in the process of the main fluid turning, the fine droplets in the gas phase sink and separate from the gas, or use a cyclone separator, the fine droplets in the gas phase are thrown onto the wall of the device by the imported high-speed airflow, and lose kinetic energy after collision and separate from the turning gas.

In the process of cooling or pressurizing the enriched gas, some of the condensable gas synthesizes and forms small droplets that flow with the gas. Its function is to deal with some gases containing a small amount of condensate, and complete condensate recovery or gas phase purification. It consists of a pressure vessel, a droplet capture component, and related air intake components inside.

Ordinary gases are exported from the upper part, and the liquid phase is collected from the lower part. The gas-liquid filter uses a wire mesh demister or an internal component such as a baffle to further condense and discharge the liquid trapped in the gas to remove the liquid.
